This depends on every person and their specific issues/support needs. Clients who work with me tend to do long-term work that can last anywhere from 6mo-multiple years.

The more consistent you are in showing up to sessions and practicing your tools, the more likely you’ll meet your goals faster, but there is no way to accurately predict a timeline for this process.

If your insurance offers a reimbursement option then I’m happy to provide a monthly super bill for this. You will have to confirm with your insurance carrier that this is an option. The full payment is still due at the time of service.
