First of all, congrats on making it this far in your career! Here's my take on the supervision process and what you can expect from our relationship:

I see supervision as a partnership where we work collaboratively to ensure that we engage in thoughtful and intentional supervision to meet your goals and have some fun - you've worked really hard to get here, we should celebrate! There will be a strong focus on internalized biases and multicultural sensitivity. We will explore strength-based tools for building your confidence and intuition as a clinician. My role is to offer guidance and feedback on ethical/legal requirements and competent client care, while also supporting you in finding your therapist voice and authenticity. Your role is to assess and monitor these same aspects so you can reach full licensure and pursue your career with confidence.
